We never really had any personal contact.I received a text with the room number and unlock code for the door. The room was clean, although dated, which added to the charm of a 50-60 era motel. The only drawback was a lack of a coffee machine in the room. Apparently the restaurant attached to the motel is closed, whether permanently or seasonal, but 12 miles down the road was the Three Seasons Restaurant, where breakfast was delightful.

I will admit it looked a bit sketchy on the outside, but you see a lot of motels like that through out the U.P. But going into our rooms they were spotless and we even had a mini fridge in ours. The A/C unit looked pretty new, we didn’t use it cause it was already chilly weather. Overall it was wonderful.

Cute little room, well appointed. We arrived late and were able to get code access so it was very smooth and easy.

Leslie the manager was AWESOME helping us switch nights. It's all text but she is responsive. Very comfortable mattresses (I weigh 350!). Nice TV and cable. Great breakfast restaurant on-site (Bread & Bacon). Awesome clean sheets and towels and room in general. Seney Wildlife Area wildlife drive literally just up the road! Good value.

I LOVE that they give you a code to the door so as soon as you arrive, you can park right in front of your door & get into your room without delay.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Having the restaurant there for breakfast was quite the surprise. Their use of fresh ingredients made our breakfast the best we’ve had in a long time. 11 out of ten for the food.

2nd time we’ve stayed here with our 2 dogs. We really like that there is no check in needed, makes it so much easier after a long drive! Clean rooms.

Excellent room, very comfortable beds, well maintained. Super easy check in. Loved having restaurant next door for breakfast. Great price with no extra charge traveling with our puppy. Thank you! Great experience. We’ll stay there again for sure.
